Below you will find self-help for common problems with the door
Check that the door can be opened and closed without grabbing the door frame or threshold.
Check that the distance between the door leaf and the door frame is at least 2mm and maximum 4mm.
Check the position of the end plate in relation to the lock housing's hook bolt and adjust the end plate so that the hook rule runs freely.
Check the end plate's relationship to the lock housing oblique pressure drops and adjust the end plate so that the pressure drops spring out when the door is closed.

Check the position of the end plate in relation to the lock housing locking case and adjust the end plate so that the locking case is pressed into the lock housing when the door is closed.
Change the end plate to a variant with smaller tongue dimensions. Contact your local locksmith for support if needed. The tongue dimension is the sliding surface of the oblique pressure drop before it springs out into the end plate.
If necessary, adjust the door closer so that the door closes correctly. Contact your local locksmith for support if needed.
